By creating an order, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal authority to authorize Zazmic Inc. to perform penetration testing and security assessments on the IP addresses, endpoints, and cloud environments provided. You acknowledge that these activities may simulate real-world attacks.
Testing Window: Zazmic will only perform testing during the timeframes approved by the Customer within the platform.
Emergency Contact: The Customer must provide an active emergency contact. In the event of system instability or unforeseen service interruption, Zazmic will immediately cease testing upon notification from the Customer or if our internal monitoring detects a critical failure.
The services are provided on an `as-is` and `as-available` basis. A security assessment is a point-in-time analysis. Zazmic Inc. does not warrant that the services will identify every possible security vulnerability or that the platform and its findings will be 100% error-free. We do not provide a guarantee of `unhackable` status.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zazmic Inc. shall not be liable for any downtime, loss of data, or indirect damages resulting from the security testing activities. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service order shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific service.
The SaaS platform is used for service ordering and coordination only. No payments are processed through the platform. Billing and invoicing will be handled externally via separate master service agreements or statements of work.
You are responsible for the JSON files and credentials you upload. Zazmic admins are authorized to download and use these credentials solely for the purpose of the Security Posture Assessment. You may delete these files from the platform at any time, but doing so may prevent Zazmic from completing the service.
